Manager, Pipeline - CHC

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, Pipeline – Consumer Health (CHC) to lead the development of a 3‑5‑year product pipeline for key consumer health categories across MENA markets. The role will translate market insights into business development priorities and ensure alignment with regulatory, supply and financial constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a multi‑year pipeline covering categories such as vitamins, dermatology, pain, GI and C&C.
• Identify high‑growth segments and whitespace opportunities using consumer trends and competitive analysis.
• Convert category strategies into actionable BD initiatives (in‑licensing, partnerships, acquisitions) with robust business cases.
• Collaborate with country brand managers to develop pricing, volume forecasts, revenue and margin projections.
• Lead evaluation and execution of in‑licensing, co‑development and distribution deals, coordinating regulatory, legal, supply chain and finance functions.
• Develop and maintain tools for opportunity screening (NPV, IRR, risk‑adjusted returns) and go‑to‑market readiness.
• Strengthen internal capabilities in portfolio strategy, lifecycle management and commercial due diligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pipeline or portfolio management within consumer health or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to build market‑backed business cases.
• Excellent collaboration skills across BD, marketing, sales and functional teams.
• Understanding of MENA consumer health market dynamics and regulatory environment.
