About the role

Antal International is expanding into Jordan and seeks a Managing Partner to launch and lead a new office under its globally recognized brand. This entrepreneurial role offers the chance to pioneer a market where Antal does not yet have a presence.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage a new Antal office in Jordan.
• Build a profitable recruitment business leveraging Antal’s methodologies and global network.
• Deliver hiring solutions to international clients and grow the client base.

• 5–10+ years of experience in a managerial or specialist role.
