About the role

Picasso School for Art seeks a passionate Marketing Instructor to join its team of creative professionals. You will design and deliver engaging marketing lessons, helping learners acquire market‑ready skills in both offline and digital environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic lessons and workshops covering core marketing concepts, terminology, and tools.
• Create tailored training materials and course content that meet diverse learner needs.
• Teach offline/online marketing, social media strategy, influencer collaborations, AI‑driven tools, and data analytics.
• Provide hands‑on instruction with platforms such as Canva, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Guide students through real‑world projects and strategic marketing plans.
• Offer constructive feedback and mentorship to foster continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and business.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (Meta Ads, SEO, Canva, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Previous teaching or training experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to design and deliver programs for diverse learners.
• Up‑to‑date with current marketing trends and digital tools.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Understanding of the fashion industry and market trends.
• Possession of an MA or PhD degree.
