Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and trade marketing functions for a leading beverage company in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening brand performance, and expanding the company’s presence across the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and trade marketing strategies.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights and identify business opportunities.
• Lead brand management activities, including promotions, product launches and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media and e‑commerce campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets, events and trade programs to maximise ROI.
• Lead, develop and motivate the marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role within FMCG.
• At least 7 years of experience with a recognised multinational FMCG organisation.
• Proven track record in people leadership and team development.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
