Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The role blends sales and marketing expertise to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across multiple brands and categories.

Key responsibilities

• Execute ATL, BTL, digital, and retail marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and production agencies.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking, product comparisons, price monitoring, and market analysis.
• Identify market gaps and recommend product positioning, competitiveness, and profitability.
• Support commercial decisions with market intelligence, competitive reviews, and pricing analysis.
• Assist product launches and go‑to‑market activities.
• Plan and coordinate retail activations, roadshows, and promotional executions.
• Track marketing budgets, supplier claims, and campaign performance.
• Manage production of POSM and promotional materials.
• Own the Conti Packaging System, handling artwork development, updates, and implementation.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Brand Management.
• Proven experience in campaign planning and execution.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AI‑powered marketing and productivity tools.
