About the role
The Modern Montessori School, a CIS‑accredited IB Continuum World School, is seeking a Mathematics Teacher to cover a maternity leave starting August 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality mathematics instruction within a Montessori‑IB blended curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that align with the school’s curriculum, policies, and external assessment requirements.
- Individualise and differentiate learning to ensure every student is challenged, supported, and makes outstanding progress.
- Regularly assess in‑class and at‑home work, providing targeted feedback to drive student progress.
- Establish a positive classroom environment where students feel valued, supported, and willing to take learning risks.
- Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and contribute actively to the school’s learning community.
