Medical Representative – Dental Line

About the role

The Medical Representative – Dental Line (Pierrot) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Amman, Jordan. You will promote and drive sales of the Pierrot dental product portfolio by building strong relationships with dentists, dental clinics, pharmacies and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and detail Pierrot dental products to healthcare professionals, ensuring strong product awareness and adoption.
• Conduct regular field visits to dentists, dental clinics, pharmacies and other targeted accounts.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and scientific detailing, providing product samples and educational materials.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, providing timely insights to sales and marketing teams.
• Execute sales plans and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and market intelligence.
• Participate in product training sessions, sales meetings and continuous professional development programs.
• Represent Trust Drug Store (TDS) professionally at conferences, exhibitions and other scientific or promotional events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the dental industry or a related sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑driven, proactive, energetic and self‑motivated.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for business travel.
