Mid-Level Architect

About the role

PODIUM Architects is looking for a talented Mid-Level Architect to join its Amman office. The role blends creative design work with technical execution, allowing the candidate to influence projects from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, presentations, and design proposals.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and other disciplines.
• Support project development from concept design through detailed design and execution.
• Review materials, finishes, technical details, and project requirements.
• Participate in internal coordination meetings and client presentations.
• Ensure deliverables meet the firm’s quality and design standards.
• Guide junior team members when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Strong understanding of materials, building systems, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
