Minibar Attendant

About the role
We are looking for a Minibar Attendant to join our Guest Service Support team at our Ritz‑Carlton property in Amman. The role ensures that minibar items are stocked, clean, and ready for guests, contributing to a memorable luxury experience.
Key responsibilities
- Replenish and organize minibar inventory in guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of minibar units and surrounding areas.
- Track inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Assist with guest requests related to minibar items.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards while handling supplies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; experience in food and beverage is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
Required skills
- Basic reading and visual verification of menu and inventory information.
