Multi-Country Representative – MENA (Amman)

About the role

IMPACT Initiatives is seeking a senior Multi‑Country Representative to lead its regional hub in Amman and oversee integrated humanitarian missions across the MENA region. This 24‑month fixed‑term position will coordinate program teams, represent the organization with regional stakeholders, and drive fundraising and partnership efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support integrated mission teams in Yemen, Lebanon, and Libya.
• Represent IMPACT with governments, NGOs, and donors throughout the MENA region.
• Lead regional fundraising initiatives and develop strategic partnerships.
• Set up and operate the Amman Multi‑Country Office and Hub, ensuring effective administrative and operational support.
• Collaborate closely with independent missions while respecting their line‑management structures.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in humanitarian or development programmes.
• Strong understanding of regional dynamics and access constraints in MENA.
• Excellent team‑building and cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex projects.
