Night Supervisor – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Night Supervisor oversees a smooth, efficient, and secure operation of the hotel during the night shift, ensuring consistent guest service and supporting Front Office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Night team and ensure smooth hotel operations throughout the night.
• Complete all nightly End‑of‑Day procedures, balancing accounts and reviewing Night Audit reports.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, VIP requests and emergencies in line with the hotel’s service philosophy.
• Coordinate with Security, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage to resolve operational issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest, public, and back‑of‑house areas to maintain hotel standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations or Hospitality Operations preferred.
• Good knowledge of Front Office operations, Night Audit and hotel systems.
• Proven leadership, coaching and team‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
