Odoo Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Team Lead to head our Odoo engineering team. In this role you will drive the delivery of critical ERP solutions while fostering a high‑performing, collaborative engineering culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day activities of the Odoo development team.
• Own planning, delivery, and execution of Odoo projects and enhancements.
• Establish coding standards, conduct architecture reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Mentor and coach engineers, building future technical leaders.
• Balance feature development, technical debt, and operational support to meet timelines.
• Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical decision‑making for complex ERP initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of Odoo engineers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Odoo development and implementation experience.
• 2+ years leading engineering or ERP delivery teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required skills

• Odoo architecture, modules, ORM, security model, and customization framework.
• Python programming.
• PostgreSQL database management.
• REST API development and system integrations.
• Agile/Scrum development processes.
