About the role
We are looking for a proactive Office Assistant fluent in English and Arabic to join our team at Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. The role provides essential administrative and operational support to management while ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to management.
- Greet clients and guests professionally, offering refreshments and maintaining hospitality standards.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle documentation, filing, correspondence, and reports in both English and Arabic.
- Support day‑to‑day office coordination and administrative activities.
- Assist management with personal and office‑related tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and organized record management.
- Coordinate internal communication to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
Required profile
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Entry‑level to 2 years of experience in office administration, front office, executive assistance, or related support roles.

What we offer
- Gross salary AED 3,500 – AED 6,500 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
