Officer, Supply Planning

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Officer, Supply Planning to join its Supply Chain team at the Sahab site in Amman, Jordan. The role focuses on short‑ to mid‑term supply planning, ensuring product availability, optimal inventory levels, and smooth execution of supply plans in line with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute supply plans to meet material and finished‑goods demand according to production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, support monthly inventory closing, and reconcile data for accuracy.
• Track supply‑chain KPIs (OTIF, inventory, plan adherence) and flag deviations for corrective action.
• Support production planning by monitoring MRP, supply plans, and MPS execution at the site level.
• Maintain master data accuracy within planning systems (IBP/ERP).
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports on supply‑planning performance, inventory status, and fulfillment metrics.
• Identify supply risks or constraints, escalate issues and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Procurement to ensure seamless plan execution.

Required skills

• Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) systems.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
• Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
• Ability to track and analyze supply‑chain KPIs.
