职位概况

负责酒店整体运营管理，统筹前厅、客房、餐饮、娱乐等部门，确保符合品牌标准并提升财务绩效。

主要职责

制定并执行酒店运营战略，达成收入与利润目标。
监督各部门运营，管理收益、预算及成本控制。
提升客人满意度，处理客诉并推动服务改进。
领导团队，培养员工，确保公平公正的工作环境。
推动品牌及区域业务举措的落地。

任职要求

拥有工商管理、酒店管理等相关专业两年制或四年制学位。
具备2-4年酒店前厅、客房、销售或运营管理经验。
熟悉品牌服务标准及SOP流程。

必备技能

运营管理与预算控制能力。
客人满意度分析与改进经验。
团队领导与沟通协调能力。
