Operations & Customer Support Internship

About the role

Join Bayut & dubizzle’s Operations team in Amman for a hands‑on internship supporting daily administrative and operational tasks across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Operations team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate client, transaction, and operational records in the CRM system.
• Assist with processing customer orders and verifying submitted information.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance, customer feedback, and service issues.
• Help classify customer profiles (B2B, B2C, C2C) and support payment follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Senior‑year university student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
• Understanding of marketing principles and customer behavior.
