Operations Team Lead

About the role

Aumet is looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead to own and scale its end‑to‑end operational ecosystem. The role ensures operational excellence across marketplace, logistics, financial operations, vendor management, and process optimisation while driving automation, efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise daily operations across marketplace, logistics, vendor management and back‑office functions.
• Ensure seamless execution of the order‑to‑cash lifecycle, from order placement through fulfillment, delivery and financial settlement.
• Define, monitor and act on operational KPIs and dashboards to drive data‑driven decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement efficiency initiatives and lead strategic transformation projects.
• Oversee marketplace performance, logistics efficiency, inventory flow and SLA compliance.
• Manage wallets, payment flows, settlements, reconciliations, withdrawals, commissions and revenue tracking in partnership with Finance.
• Identify operational risks, drive automation and standardise processes to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Customer Support and Sales to ensure alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics partners and strategic stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop high‑performing operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and has a proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, technology‑driven environments.
