Operations Training Support

About the role

The Operations Training Support role ensures that operational staff receive the training, competency assessments, and refresher programs needed to work safely and efficiently. You will act as the central coordinator for all training activities, maintaining records and supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate operational training schedules, calendars, and attendance records.
• Arrange trainers, participants, facilities, and training materials.
• Maintain employee competency, certification, and renewal records.
• Support onboarding, induction, practical, and on‑the‑job training for operational employees.
• Track mandatory and refresher training requirements and follow up on expired certifications.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and HSSE to align training needs.
• Assist in competency assessments, evaluations, and continuous improvement of training processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, HR, Training, Operations or a related field.
• 2–5 years of coordination or training‑support experience, preferably in ports, logistics, industrial or operational environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.

• Advanced Excel for reporting and data management.
