Outcomes Associate – Graduate Placement & Partnerships

About the role

The Outcomes Associate will drive employment outcomes for General Assembly graduates in Jordan and the wider MENA region. You will work daily with corporate leaders, startups, government bodies and ecosystem partners to create pathways to full‑time jobs, freelance projects, apprenticeships and entrepreneurial ventures.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with technology companies, startups, enterprises, government entities and industry associations across Jordan and the MENA region.
• Engage HR leaders, hiring managers and founders to position GA graduates as a preferred talent pool.
• Track graduate progress, monitor placement metrics and ensure successful career advancement.
• Support graduates in securing full‑time roles, contract work, internships, apprenticeships, freelance engagements and startup opportunities.
• Conduct employer outreach and develop pipelines for remote and international employment.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Experience in business development, recruitment, talent placement or workforce development.
• Passion for helping Jordanians launch and grow technology careers.
