Painter for Hotel Facilities

About the role

We are looking for an experienced painter to join our hotel team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality painting work across guest rooms, public areas and exterior surfaces, helping us maintain a welcoming and visually appealing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute painting projects in public spaces, guest rooms and exterior surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and applying primer as required.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve consistent results.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers and sprayers with precision.
• Perform touch‑ups, repairs and regular maintenance checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and care for tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule work and minimise disruption.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of materials.
• Assist with inventory management of paint supplies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial settings.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, kneel and climb ladders for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and material handling.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
