About the role
This part‑time, temporary position supports high‑volume printing, document preparation, and outbound mailing for immigration‑related processes. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual who can manage repetitive, time‑sensitive tasks in an on‑site office environment for approximately three months.
Key responsibilities
- Print documents, packets, labels, and other materials according to specifications.
- Prepare mailings by sorting, collating, folding, binding, and assembling materials.
- Coordinate receipt of mail from employees or government agencies and notify leadership promptly.
- Manage outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or internal services) ensuring proper packaging and timely dispatch.
- Monitor and communicate restock needs for printing and mailing supplies.
- Troubleshoot basic issues with printers, copiers, and mailing equipment.
- Maintain an organized workspace and uphold confidentiality of all documents.
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of prior administrative or office support experience.
- Comfort with repetitive, process‑driven tasks and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work fully on‑site for the assignment duration.
- Physical ability to lift boxes up to approximately 25 lb and stand or sit for prolonged periods.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills (downloading files, sending print jobs, simple data entry).
