Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency serving the GCC and Levant, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of high‑volume paid campaigns to help clients achieve their growth and ROI objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns meet client ROI goals, applying rapid optimisation recommendations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Google Ads campaign types and best practices.
• Analyse performance data, produce detailed reports, and calculate key metrics such as Cost Per Lead.
• Forecast spend, adjust strategies for demand and seasonality, and conduct A/B testing of ad copy.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of performance marketing experience, including at least 1 year of team management.
• Strong background in e‑commerce advertising.
• People‑management and leadership abilities.
• Marketing or Advertising education is a plus; experience with luxury brands and French language skills are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics.
• Expertise in keyword research, campaign build‑outs, ad creation, A/B copy testing, bid management, and lead generation.
• In‑depth experience with Google Display Network and overall display advertising.
• Solid knowledge of retargeting and remarketing strategies.
• Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager.
