Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Genie9 is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and optimise its full growth engine, from paid acquisition to app and web monetisation. The role is AI‑augmented, meaning you will leverage tools like Claude and ChatGPT to generate copy, creative assets, analyse data and automate routine tasks, allowing you to focus on strategy and results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, App and YouTube to maximise ROI and lower CPA.
• Manage app monetisation via Google AdMob and web monetisation via Google AdSense, driving revenue growth.
• Design, execute and analyse end‑to‑end email marketing programmes, using AI‑generated content and creative.
• Identify and test new traffic channels, SEO opportunities and experiments, scaling successful tactics.
• Own the free‑to‑paid conversion funnel, increasing the paying user base.
• Implement and maintain accurate tracking with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Firebase, and run A/B tests.
• Automate reporting, data pulls and list‑building with AI and Google’s automation features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience with a proven record of scaling paid campaigns profitably.
• Demonstrated ability to convert traffic into paying users.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with AI‑driven workflows.
