About the role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage the day‑to‑day activities of our social media channels for Marriott hotels in Amman. The role focuses on building an engaged online community, delivering brand‑consistent messaging, and supporting marketing and e‑commerce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑range social media objectives and strategies.
• Maintain editorial calendars and monitor online conversations across platforms.
• Participate in discussions to increase brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Integrate property‑specific and brand messaging into compelling content.
• Measure and report the impact of online presence on overall hotel performance.
• Uphold Marriott standards by greeting guests, answering phones, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in social media or digital communications.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 10 lb.

Required skills

• Strong written communication and professional etiquette.
• Experience managing social media platforms and editorial calendars.
• Basic analytical skills to assess online performance metrics.
