• Repair issues in faucets, toilets, sinks, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Inspect and operate pumps, heaters, valves, and distribution systems regularly.
• Troubleshoot faults, identify causes, and provide effective solutions.
• Respond to maintenance requests within required service standards.
