Post-Production Instructor – Sound Design, Voice & AI Audio

About the role

PG Academy is looking for a full‑time Post‑Production Instructor to lead the Sound Design, Voice & AI Audio curriculum. The instructor will define audio finishing standards and deliver hands‑on training across the Academy’s four creative specializations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and teach modules on sound‑design fundamentals, dialogue editing, voice cleanup, ADR, Foley and sound‑effects creation.
• Guide students through music editing, mixing, mastering and voice processing techniques.
• Introduce and supervise the use of AI voice and audio tools, including AI‑generated music and audio integration.
• Set and enforce audio delivery standards for all projects.
• Collaborate with faculty from Voice‑over & Music, Filmmaking, Animation, Advertising and Post‑Production departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years professional experience in sound design, audio engineering, post‑production or related fields.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating completed professional projects.
• Strong knowledge of dialogue, music and effects mixing to industry delivery standards.
• Practical experience with AI voice and audio technologies; Arabic voice or dialect expertise is a plus.
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
