Power BI Developer (Healthcare Industry)

Job description
Key responsibilities
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (Desktop, Service), including report building, dashboard creation, DAX, and Power Query.
- Implement best practices in dashboard design to ensure intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces.
- Develop dynamic, real‑time reports using data from healthcare sources such as EHR, hospital management systems, and patient care data.
- Write complex SQL queries and optimise performance for large healthcare datasets.
- Utilise Azure Cloud tools including Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Work with Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and other analytics tools within the Azure ecosystem.
Required profile
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for healthcare organisations.
- Experience in a healthcare analytics role or familiarity with healthcare KPIs such as patient outcomes, admissions, and clinical data metrics.
