Pricing Coordinator

About the role

High Tech Talents (HTT) is hiring a Pricing Coordinator to help optimize pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability. The position is full-time and on-site in Amman or Irbid.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze pricing data, sales trends and cost structures to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies that improve profitability and competitiveness.
• Carry out margin and profitability analysis, including forecasting the impact of pricing decisions.
• Work with Sales, Procurement and other teams to align with business objectives.
• Manage and execute price updates across products and channels accurately and consistently.
• Support quotations for new and existing customers.
• Lead pricing reviews and run sensitivity analysis to support data-driven decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in pricing, finance or data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
