Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst leads the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes and works with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial performance, cost optimisation and resource allocation. The role reports to the Head of Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare standalone and consolidated annual budgets and 3-year plans, and analyse actual financial and operational results.
• Lead capital budgeting assignments and review operations to recommend productivity or cost improvement solutions.
• Evaluate budgets, KPIs and planning frameworks periodically and implement improvements.
• Support cash management and treasury activities, and review and propose improvements to internal controls.
• Liaise with stakeholders, prepare performance reports and shareholder reporting packages, and perform ad hoc analysis.
• Prepare the annual group reporting package for the parent company, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
• Maintain the risk appetite model, monitor financial and operational risk indicators against approved thresholds and report exposures and deviations to management.
