Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Product Engineer to join a fast‑growing AI‑native customer communication platform. Based in Amman, this hybrid position offers the chance to own features from concept to production while working closely with enterprise users across the US, EU and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Identify product opportunities by engaging directly with users and gathering feedback.
• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features using React and TypeScript.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver work quickly while maintaining high product quality.
• Collaborate with a small, fast‑paced team to iterate on the platform continuously.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience building software products.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and product‑focused thinking.
• Comfortable communicating with users to understand real‑world challenges.
• Ability to take ownership of features end‑to‑end in a dynamic environment.
