Product Manager

About the role

Eon Dental is seeking a Product Manager to shape digital products that support and scale complex clinical, operational, and manufacturing workflows across our global clear aligner business. Based in Amman, you will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to define product direction and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery for assigned products and features.
• Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and feature requirements based on customer needs, business goals, market insights, and product data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Engineering, Product Design, Operations, Commercial, and Customer Support—to drive initiatives forward.
• Translate business and user requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities.
• Partner with Engineering throughout the development lifecycle to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor product KPIs such as adoption, engagement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Support product launches and rollout activities with go‑to‑market teams.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive products, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
