Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Brands

About the role

The Product Manager will drive the strategic and commercial performance of assigned pharmaceutical products across prescription (ethical) and over‑the‑counter (OTC) segments. You will lead brand development, lifecycle management, and cross‑functional execution to ensure sustainable growth and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to increase market share for both prescription and OTC portfolios.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, monitoring performance and optimizing spend.
• Lead product launches and relaunches, coordinating regulatory, medical, sales, and supply‑chain teams.
• Create and maintain compliant marketing materials, translating clinical data into clear messages for healthcare professionals and consumers.
• Manage annual marketing plans and budgets, track ROI, and report on brand performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management.
• Experience with both prescription and OTC products is preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning and communication abilities.
