Product Specialist - Ophthalmic Medical Devices

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to champion our portfolio of ophthalmic medical devices. This hybrid position blends sales, clinical application support, and customer training to ensure successful product adoption and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and develop new business with ophthalmologists, optometrists, clinics, and hospitals.
• Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Provide hands‑on product training, clinical support during trials, and post‑installation sessions.
• Attend surgical procedures to ensure safe and correct product usage.
• Deliver educational presentations, workshops, and seminars.
• Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and represent the company at congresses and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
• 0‑1 year experience in medical device sales, clinical support, or technical service.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English, valid driver’s license, and own a car.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
