Production Engineer – Food Manufacturing

About the role

Hammoudeh Food Industries is looking for a Production Engineer with a background in Nutrition and Food Processing to join its production team. The role focuses on maintaining optimal production performance, product quality, and compliance with food safety standards in a fast‑moving food manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow across all production lines.
• Monitor processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Guarantee compliance with food safety, quality and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance and supply‑chain teams to meet production targets.
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of production procedures and work instructions.
• Utilize SAP for production planning, reporting and inventory‑related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Processing or Food Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing production, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Good command of English and solid computer literacy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (production planning, reporting, inventory management).
