Production Technician – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

The Production Technician will carry out pharmaceutical manufacturing activities in line with approved production procedures, SOPs and GMP standards. The role ensures that products are manufactured safely, efficiently and with the highest quality, supporting the overall production schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations according to approved production schedules and batch records.
• Prepare and weigh raw materials following detailed production instructions.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment as required.
• Complete production documentation accurately and promptly.
• Conduct in‑process checks and report any deviations or equipment malfunctions.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas.
• Adhere to GMP, SOPs and health & safety requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.

Required profile

• Diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation habits.

• Manufacturing equipment operation
