Programme Officer – Women, Peace & Security (MENA)

About the role

Kvinna till Kvinna is seeking a Programme Officer to support Women, Peace and Security (WPS) programming in Palestine and Syria. Reporting to the Beirut Country Director, you will work closely with programme managers and regional partners to advance the organisation’s mandate.

Key responsibilities

• Support partner organisations throughout the project cycle, including planning, budgeting, reporting and providing WPS guidance.
• Monitor programme implementation to ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, donor requirements and internal policies.
• Facilitate partner capacity development through trainings, networking and exchange activities.
• Prepare programme reports, political analyses and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with civil society organisations, INGOs, UN agencies and donors on WPS initiatives.
• Assist with logistical and administrative arrangements for programme activities and events.
