Project Architect

About the role

Egis is seeking a Project Architect to join its Middle East team. The role involves leading design activities from concept through construction documentation, ensuring high‑quality outputs while supporting senior architects and design managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project design activities from early concept to detailed construction documents.
• Assist senior architects and design managers in preparing design delivery and management plans.
• Produce presentations, drawings, and reports for client and stakeholder review.
• Coordinate design efforts across architecture, civil, structural, MEP, interior design, landscape, and specialist consultants.
• Develop and maintain BIM models, ensuring BIM quality in collaboration with the BIM coordinator.
• Review code compliance, select materials and systems, and manage the list of project deliverables.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors to align expectations and drive project success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in architectural design and project documentation.
• Ability to work under the guidance of senior architects while providing technical support to the design team.
• Strong coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to deadlines and commitment to maintaining design quality standards.
