Project Manager – Digital Healthcare Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital healthcare products and services from conception through to closure. You will act as the central interface between vendors, solution providers, and the client organization, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery and deployment of technical solutions across all system layers.
• Oversee the project portfolio, prioritize initiatives based on business strategy, and report progress to senior management.
• Develop and execute project charters, plans, milestones, and critical paths.
• Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and inter‑dependencies among multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Apply project‑management disciplines including risk, issue, quality, budget, resource, and change management.
• Represent the project in regular updates with partners, suppliers, and the PMO.
• Liaise with internal software development teams, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain and disseminate project protocols, standards, and status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, with the last 5 years in project management for digital healthcare or health‑insurance technology solutions.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
