Properties Estimator – Commercial Construction

About the role

HTT – High Tech Talents is seeking a detail‑oriented Properties Estimator to join its growing team in Jordan. The role focuses on reviewing project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to produce accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects serving international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and bid requirements.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and subcontractor bid packages.
• Coordinate with bid coordinators, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers throughout the bidding process.
• Solicit and analyze pricing to ensure complete bid coverage.
• Develop RFIs and clarification requests as needed.
• Perform bid analysis and identify value‑engineering opportunities.
• Maintain bid documentation and update project information in Procore.
• Submit bids, estimates, and budgets within deadlines and support project handoff after award.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial or ground‑up construction estimating.
• Strong ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings and specifications.
• Understanding of construction sequencing, methods, and industry terminology.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
