About the role
The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will handle testing for banking system fixes and change requests, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality across web and mobile applications.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare change requests and project test cases, and maintain traceability matrices.
- Execute manual tests (sanity, system, UAT) and identify negative test cases and failure points.
- Report testing status, log defects by severity, and review business test cases.
- Manage testing activities, obtain required test data, and support business testing.
- Automate test suites for mobile and web using tools such as Appium, Selenium, and Cucumber.
- Collaborate within agile teams and follow CI/CD processes with Jenkins and Maven.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
