Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

Tarabot is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure its humanitarian management platform operates reliably while training NGOs on its use. This hybrid position blends software testing, client training, and user‑feedback loops, directly influencing aid delivery in Jordan.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual functional, regression and user‑acceptance testing; write clear test cases and structured bug reports.
• Validate real‑world workflows such as beneficiary registration and assistance delivery.
• Ensure Arabic content and user experience are accurate and intuitive.
• Deliver onsite and online training workshops, demos and create guides, videos and FAQs for non‑technical NGO staff.
• Collect user feedback, translate it into actionable tasks for the development team and follow up until issues are resolved.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in QA or software testing.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to train non‑technical users and produce clear instructional material.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable with field visits across Jordan.
