Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Concrete Group is seeking a full‑time Quantity Surveyor to join its on‑site team in Amman. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities, producing detailed cost estimates, and supporting budgeting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for commercial, educational and infrastructure projects.
• Perform detailed cost estimating, cost control and budgeting activities.
• Monitor project costs, track variations and assist in contract administration.
• Produce periodic cost reports and provide data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Conduct site visits, verify measurements and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and procurement teams to maintain financial compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in cost planning, budgeting and cost control for construction projects, preferably in Jordan or the region.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, pricing and tendering procedures.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary on‑site teams.
