Quarry Geologist – Grade Control

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Geologist / Grade Control Specialist to ensure product quality starts at the quarry source. You will work hands‑on in the field, mapping the quarry by grade, directing selective extraction, and guaranteeing that every ton sent to the crusher meets our high‑brightness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement grade‑control and selective extraction to protect high‑brightness stone.
• Conduct feed‑quality sampling and quality control at the source.
• Perform bench mapping and reserve characterization to support growth plans.
• Supervise drilling, blasting, and extraction activities during active operations.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Geology or Mining Engineering (fresh graduates to 3 years experience accepted).
• Strong enthusiasm for fieldwork, including dust, samples, and quarry face environments.
• Disciplined approach to data collection and sampling.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to southern Jordan (Qatrana area a plus).
