About the role
We are looking for a full‑time remote Customer Service Back Office Chat specialist to join MICO WORLD. In this role you will handle incoming customer inquiries via live chat, provide timely and professional assistance, and help ensure a smooth experience for our global user base.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and issues through live chat in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Troubleshoot technical and account‑related problems, escalating when necessary.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the support system.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other support teams to resolve complex cases.
Required profile
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering positive experiences.
- Excellent written communication, attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in back‑office operations or remote support is a plus.
