Rental Sales Agent – Car Rental at Queen Alia Airport

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Rental Sales Agent to join our car rental team at Queen Alia International Airport. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales of vehicle rentals and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle rentals, reservations, and inquiries.
• Clearly explain rental terms, pricing, and insurance options.
• Upsell additional services and maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a hospitality mindset.
• Handle rental contracts, payments, and vehicle handovers professionally.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer journey from start to finish.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in car rental, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Valid Jordanian driving licence.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts at Queen Alia International Airport.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
