Reservation Executive

About the role

The Reservation Executive is responsible for managing travel and accommodation bookings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from inquiry to confirmation. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to handle a high volume of reservations efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservations for travel, hotels, car rentals and related services, maintaining accuracy in all booking procedures.
• Interact with clients via phone, email or in person to provide information on options, pricing and availability.
• Utilize reservation and booking systems to check availability, create bookings and update client records.
• Prepare and send confirmation documents such as itineraries, tickets and vouchers.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, car rental agencies and other vendors to secure reservations and confirm availability.
• Manage payment processes, including invoicing, billing, refunds and ensure timely processing.
• Address and resolve changes, cancellations or issues promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of reservations, cancellations and feedback, and generate regular performance reports.
• Stay informed about travel trends and industry developments to advise clients effectively.
