Reservations & Distribution Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Reservations & Distribution Supervisor to lead our reservations team, optimise occupancy and revenue, and ensure seamless guest experiences across all distribution channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries received through all channels and supervise day‑to‑day operations of the reservations team.
• Manage room inventory, perform rate loading across PMS, channel managers and OTA extranets, and ensure accurate pricing on all OTA websites.
• Monitor distribution channels, track no‑shows, process charges, and optimise same‑day selling to maximise revenue.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on conversion, occupancy and availability, and manage waitlists and guest complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office or revenue‑related roles, with supervisory experience considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and ability to analyse occupancy data.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Property Management System (PMS) proficiency.
• Channel Manager operation.
• OTA extranets experience (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia).
• Rate loading, inventory management and distribution channel management.
