Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations at SHEEN RESTAURANT in Amman, Jordan. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures high standards of service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, coordinate shifts, and manage scheduling.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, control inventory, and enforce food safety standards.
• Handle customer interactions, resolve service issues, and maintain a positive dining experience.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Prepare reports, manage basic administrative tasks, and implement company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities, with a focus on team motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with staff and customers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Experience with inventory management and basic reporting tools.
