Restaurant Manager – Full-time (Amman)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our Dara Dining venue in Amman. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for delivering a seamless dining experience while upholding the highest standards of service, quality, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the restaurant team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain inventory levels, oversee ordering, and control costs.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff.
• Ensure compliance with local food and beverage regulations and internal quality standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a related hospitality role.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to address guest feedback effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership in hiring, training, and team development.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff and customers.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle Simphony operational software.
