Retail Outlet Executive

About the role

Aramex is looking for a Retail Outlet Executive to act as the brand ambassador at our retail location. You will be the primary point of contact for walk‑in customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and become trusted advisors for their shipping needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist all walk‑in customers promptly, providing full information and advice.
• Manage customer expectations and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Deliver excellent service for cash clients in line with Aramex customer service standards.
• Promote and sell outbound cash shipments.
• Resolve customer issues, follow up on cases, and keep customers updated.
• Promote Aramex campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outlet objectives and ensure smooth information flow.
• Handle complaints efficiently to retain customers.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or shipping.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with attention to detail.
